摘要
本文采用气质联用技术测定地表水中8种多氯联苯,在浓度范围为20.0μg/L~500μg/L内,得到的相关系数均在0.9993以上,多氯联苯中PCB28、PCB52、PCB101、PCB118(PCB123)、PCB138、PCB153和PCB180的检出限分别为0.05μg/L,0.10μg/L,0.10μg/L,0.12μg/L,0.07μg/L,0.07μg/L和0.10μg/L,试验证明,该方法具有操作简便、安全准确、重现性好、灵敏度高,节省溶剂、分析时间相对较短等优点,具有较高的实用价值。
Eight kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls in surface water were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The detection limits of PCB28,PCB52,PCB101,PCB118(PCB123),PCB138,PCB153 and PCB180 were 0.05μg/L,0.10μg/L,0.10μg/L,0.12μg/L,0.07μg/L,0.07μg/L and 0.10μg/L,The method has the advantages of simple operation,safety,accuracy,good reproducibility,high sensitivity,solvent saving and short analysis time.It has great practical value.
