直接测汞仪快速测定中药中总汞含量

Rapid Determination of Mercury Content in the Traditional Chinese Medicines with Direct Mercury Analyzer

本文通过对19种中药中总汞含量的测量条件进行分析研究,建立了利用直接测汞仪快速测定中药中总汞含量的方法,并通过加标回收实验、质控样测量和精密度(相对标准偏差%)测量,验证了方法的准确性和稳定性。结果显示,该方法的标准曲线范围在0~200 ng(长池0~20 ng、短池20~200 ng)之间有良好的线性关系;当称样量为0.15 g时,方法检出限为0.033μg/kg;加标回收率在87.2%~105.2%之间;质控样测量值均在证书规定范围;样品连续测量3次,精密度在1.1%~5.0%之间。表明该方法在测量中药中总汞含量时,稳定性好、结果准确可靠。使用直接测汞仪,无需进行样品化学消解,可直接进样测量,该方法方便快捷,且无污染,值得推广。

By analyzing and researching the measuring conditions of total mercury content in 19 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,a rapid measuring method of total mercury content in traditional Chinese medicine with direct mercury analyzer established in this paper.The accuracy and stability of the method are verified by standard recovery experiment,quality control sample measurement and precision(RSD%)measurement.The standard curve range of this method is 0-200 ng(long cell 0-20 ng,short cell 20-200 ng).When the sample weight is 0.15 g,the method detection limit is 0.033μg/kg.The standard recovery rate rang is 87.2%-105.2%.The measured values of the quality control samples are within the scope specified in the certificate;The sample was continuously measured for three times with the precision between 1.1%and 5.0%.The results show that the method has good stability,accurate and reliable results in measuring the total mercury content in traditional Chinese medicines.Using the direct mercury analyzer,the sample can be directly injected without chemical digestion.This method is convenient,fast and pollution-free,which is worth popularizing.
