血细胞形态学检验在临床检验中的意义

Clinical Significance of Blood Cell Morphology Test in Clinical Examination

为探讨血细胞形态学检验在临床检验中的临床意义,本文回顾性分析2019年4月—2020年4月本院75例行临床检验的缺铁性贫血患者的临床资料,作为研究组;回顾性分析同期本院75例行临床检验健康体检者的临床资料,作为对照组。研究组入院检查时、对照组入院体检时均行血细胞形态学检验,比较组间差异。结果显示,红细胞形态异常、口型红细胞、附红细胞体、异形淋巴细胞、异常细胞率分别为58.67%、16.00%、20.00%、12.00%、10.67%,低于对照组的10.67%、2.67%、4.00%、2.67%、1.33%,差异有统计学意义(t=39.147、7.878、9.090、4.807、4.255,P=0.000、0.005、0.002、0.028、0.039<0.05)。由此可见,在缺铁性贫血患者的临床检验中,血细胞形态学检验的价值较高,可及时发现血细胞形态异常,指导临床诊断、治疗,值得进行深入研究。

To explore the clinical significance of blood cell morphology test in clinical examination.Methods:the clinical data of 75 patients with iron deficiency anemia who underwent clinical examination in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were retrospectively analyzed as the study group;the clinical data of 75 healthy people undergoing clinical examination in our hospital during the same period were retrospectively analyzed as the control group.The blood cell morphology of the study group and the control group were examined at admission,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results:the rates of abnormal red blood cell morphology,mouth red blood cell,Eperythrozoon,abnormal lymphocyte and abnormal cell were 58.67%,16.00%,20.00%,12.00%and 10.67%respectively,which were lower than 10.67%,2.67%,4.00%,2.67%and 1.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=39.147,7.878,9.090,4.807,4.255,P=0.000,0.005,0.002,0.028,0.039<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical examination of patients with iron deficiency anemia,blood cell morphological examination is of high value,which can timely find abnormal blood cell morphology and guide clinical diagnosis and treatment,and is worthy of further study.
