不同采血方式对临床血常规检验结果的影响分析

Analysis of the Results of Different Blood Collection Methods in Cinical Blood Routine Examination

为分析在临床血常规检验中实施不同采血方式对检验结果的影响,本文2018年3月—2020年1月之间入我院检验科施行血常规检验的110例患者,均实施2次采血,一次为采集静脉血液,一次为采集末梢血。对2种采血方式获得的血液标本施行分析,比较检验结果之间的差异。结果:在血小板、白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白及红细胞压积等检验指标方面,静脉采血的所得结果均高于末梢采血,且差异P<0.05。静脉采血方式进行血常规检验的重复性更好,2次检验均无明显差异,P<0.05。经静脉采血实施临床血常规检验,所得的检验结果准确性高于末梢采血,在临床中的应用性较大。

To analyze the effect of different blood collection methods on the results of clinical blood routine examination.Methods:110 patients who entered the laboratory of our hospital from March 2018 to January 2020 were collected twice,once for venous blood and once for peripheral blood.The blood samples obtained from the two blood collection methods were analyzed to compare the differences between the test results.RESULTS:The results of venous blood collection were higher than those of peripheral blood collection in platelet,white blood cell,red blood cell,hemoglobin and hematocrit P<0.05.There was no significant difference between the two tests,P<0.05.The clinical blood routine test is performed by venous blood collection,and the accuracy of the test results is higher than that of peripheral blood collection,and the clinical application is greater.
