一起断路器操动机构弹簧断裂故障分析 被引量:4

摘要 操动机构的可靠性关系到断路器的分合闸可靠性,直接影响了电网的安全运行。弹簧操动机构由于其结构简单、可靠性高、功能完备等优点,广泛运用在126~252 kV断路器中。文中针对一起252 kV断路器弹簧断裂引起机构不停打压故障,通过现场拆解和实验室解体检测,分析故障的根本原因,提出相应的整改和预防措施,有助于提高同类型弹簧机构的运行可靠性。 Reliability of the operating mechanism is related to the reliable opening and closing operation of circuitbreaker and affects directly safe operation of power grid. Spring operating mechanism is used widely in 126 ~ 252 kVcircuit-breakers due to its such advantages as simple structure,high reliability and comprehensive functions. In viewof the continuous pumping of operating mechanism due to spring breakage of 252 k V circuit breaker,the primarycause of the fault is analyzed through disassembly at site and disassembly as well as testing at laboratory. The corre-sponding modification and prevention measures are proposed,which are helpful to improve the reliability of thesame type of spring operating mechanism.
