摘要
随着统计主体对数据进行价值挖掘的能力逐步提升,其大量的数据需求催生了各类采集方式。然而,这也使统计主体的数据采集方式与统计对象隐私保护需求之间的矛盾日益尖锐。基于此,文章提出了基于区块链的分布式隐私数据采集与处理模式。研究表明,该模式在保证统计对象数据隐私性的同时满足了统计主体对数据的应用需求,在解决统计双方间矛盾、打破隐私性数据统计壁垒、拓宽可挖掘数据种类范畴等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
With the gradual improvement of statistical subjects' ability to mine the value of data,the massive data demand has spawned various collection methods.However,it also makes the contradiction increasingly acute between the data collection method of statistical subjects and the privacy protection demand of statistical objects.On this basis,this paper proposes a distributed privacy data collection and processing model based on blockchain.The research shows that the model not only guarantees the privacy of statistical objects,but also meets the needs of statistical subjects for data application,and that the model also has broad application prospect in solving contradictions between statistical parties,breaking statistical barriers of privacy data,and broadening the scope of data types that can be mined.
