中国金融制度变迁特征与测度

Characteristics and Measurement of China’s Financial System Changes

文章在对金融制度进行特征分析的基础上,构建金融制度变迁综合评价体系,采用三元赋值法、单项指标法、PCA赋权法进行测度,对金融制度变迁总指数及其四个二级维度指数进行纵向考察,并基于不同省份金融改革发展水平分东、中、西三大地区进行横向对比。结果表明:中国金融市场化改革的步伐在波动中加快,银行制度、资本市场、金融开放、普惠金融变革具有发展的同步性特征,但金融制度变迁呈现显著空间差异性,省际金融发展差异有加速扩大趋势。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of China's financial system,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of financial system changes.Three-variable weighted method,single index method and PCA weighting method are used for measurement,and the total index of financial system change and its four second-level indexes are longitudinally investigated.Based on the level of financial reform and development in different provinces,the eastern,central and western regions are compared horizontally.The pace of financial marketization reform in China is accelerated in the fluctuation.The banking system,capital market,financial opening and inclusive finance reform have the characteristics of synchronous development,but the financial system changes show significant spatial differences,and the inter-provincial financial development differences have an accelerated trend of expansion.
