循环流膜接触器分离污水中N_(2)O及影响因素

Separation of Nitrous Oxide from Wastewater Using Circular Flow Hollow Fiber Membrane Contactor and Its Influencing Factors

摘要 为提高污水中可再生能源N_(2)O的回收率,该文利用循环流膜接触器研究了N_(2)O的分离性能及影响因素。结果表明,随着N_(2)O初始浓度、操作压和液体流量的增加,N_(2)O的分离效率呈升高趋势。当水溶液中N_(2)O初始浓度为35 mg/L,操作压为0.05 MPa,液体流量为7 L/h时,10 min可获得92.12%的分离效率,水溶液中N_(2)O浓度可降至3 mg/L以下。在污水p H为5~9、盐度为0~10 g/L范围内,低浓度N_(2)O的分离效率受二者影响不显著。 To improve the recovery of renewable nitrogen energy in sewage,separation performance of nitrous oxide and influencing factors were studied using a circular flow membrane contactor.The results showed that the separation efficiency of nitrous oxide increased with the increase of the initial concentration of nitrous oxide,operating pressure and liquid flow.When the initial concentration of nitrous oxide in aqueous solution was 35 mg/L,the operating pressure was 0.05 MPa,the liquid flow rate was 7 L/h,92.12%of separation efficiency was achieved in 10 min,and the residual concentration was reduced to below 3 mg/L.The separation efficiency of nitrous oxide at low concentrations was not significantly affected by both in the wastewater pH range of 5~9 and salinity range of 0~10 g/L.
