摘要
针对数字直读式流量计在检测过程仪表的瞬时流量或者累积流量数据采集效率低且容易出错的现状,研究了一种基于图像视觉技术的数字直读式流量计检测方法。被检仪表的动态图像由高速相机与检测系统同步采集,传输到计算机,通过软件对图像进行处理和识别,自动得到被检表的读数,并对被检表数据进行自动存储、分析、显示和计算出被检仪表的误差值。通过实验测试和分析,结果表明,该方法能够满足数字直读式流量计检测的工作要求。
In view of the low efficiency and error-prone situation of the instantaneous flow or cumulative flow data collection of the digital direct reading flowmeter in the detection process, a digital direct reading flowmeter detection method based on image vision technology was studied. The dynamic image of the meter is collected synchronously by the high-speed camera and the detection system, and transmitted to the computer. The software processes and identifies the image, automatically gets the meter reading, and automatically stores, analyzes, displays and calculates the error value of the meter. Experimental test and analysis show that the method can meet the requirements of digital direct reading flowmeter.
