摘要
随着烧结钕铁硼技术以及节约成本两方面的要求越来越高,生产工艺及装备也必须不断创新和进步。介绍近几年来高性能NdFeB烧结磁体生产过程中的新工艺,包括:连续氢破碎工艺、干式等静压(橡皮膜隔油)、烧结前金刚砂线切割磁体、新型连续烧结。这些新工艺装备都极大地提高了生产效率以及节能减排。未来随着这些新工艺装备的推广,有助于中国烧结钕铁硼早日实现高度自动化以及高效率、高品质的生产模式。
With the increasing requirements of sintering Nd-Fe-B technology and in order to save cost, the production process and equipment must be constantly innovated and improved. The new technology in the production of NdFeB sintered magnet with high performance in recent years were introduced, including continuous hydrogen crushing, dry bag isostatic pressing, diamond wire cutting magnet before sintering and new continuous sintering furnace. These new technology equipment greatly improve the production efficiency, energy saving and emission reduction. With the promotion of these new equipment, China will achieve high efficiency and high quality production mode as soon as possible.
