基于C#的瞬时测频一键式多套并行编码平台设计

摘要 为了解决瞬时测频类产品编码人工操作复杂、耗时长、效率低的问题,设计了一种基于C#的瞬时测频一键式多套并行编码平台。硬件平台搭建采用积木式架构,能够适应不同数量的产品;上位机软件采用模块化设计方法,人机交互界面操作简单、友好且可配置参数,能灵活适应不同参数的产品。经生产使用验证了平台性能稳定,且使用此平台后效率显著提高,缩短了生产周期,满足批量生产需求。 One-click multiple parallel encoding platforms based on C#Builder was designed in order to overcome the insufficiency in instantaneous frequency measuring products manual measurement,such as complex operation,long time consuming and low efficiency.The system hardware constructed by use of general instruments and computer,which can adapt to sets of equipment.And the system software adopts the modular design method,which can make the operation easier with user-friendly UI interface,and deploy parameter according to the demand.The encoding platforms has been applied to the specific engineering application,and its generalization and automation are verified,furthermore the efficiency improved more than twice,the production cycle shorted,that can fully meet the test requirements for mass production.
