摘要
以粉煤灰漂珠为填充物、聚氨酯为粘结剂制备了一种价格低廉的新型复合泡沫。基于准静态压缩实验,研究了密度和漂珠粒径两个因素分别对普通复合泡沫和含增强相复合泡沫的力学性能影响规律。结果表明:对于普通复合泡沫,当相对密度低于0.29时,漂珠粒径对复合泡沫的力学性能几乎不产生影响;当相对密度高于0.29时,含粒径较大漂珠的复合泡沫具有更好的力学性能;对于含增强相的复合泡沫,含较小粒径漂珠的复合泡沫力学响应有显著提高,且蜂窝铝对小粒径漂珠复合泡沫有额外增强作用。
A new low-cost syntactic foam was prepared with fly ash cenospheres as filler and polyurethane as binder. Based on quasi-static compression experiments, the effects of density and particle size of fly ash cenospheres on the mechanical properties of ordinary syntactic foam and reinforced syntactic foam were studied. The results show that for ordinary syntactic foams, when the relative density is less than 0.29, the particle size of fly ash cenospheres has little effect on the mechanical properties of the syntactic foam. When the relative density is greater than 0.29, the syntactic foam with larger particle size has better mechanical performance.For the reinforced syntactic foam, the mechanical properties of the syntactic foam with smaller particle size cenospheres are significantly improved. And honeycomb aluminum has an additional effect on small particle floating bead composite foam.
