化工生产过程中质量控制的精细化管理研究

我国是一个人口大国,人们的日常生活与化工生产有着非常密切的联系,化工生产的质量将直接对国计民生产生巨大影响,我国必须对化工生产过程中的质量控制引起高度重视。就当前我国的市场而言,化工产品的种类繁多,在各行各业都能够看见,而在化工产品的生产过程中常会存在着诸多安全隐患,所以在生产期间,若某一环节或者某项工艺出现了差错,都会对化工产品的质量产生不良影响,甚至会造成不可弥补的损失。因此,化工企业在化工产品的生产阶段,必须对产品质量进行精细化管理,与预防不良事件发生。就目前我国使用精细化管理化工质量的现状和特点展开分析,并对其中所存在着的问题提出了相应的解决和改进措施。

my country is a country with a large population,and people’s daily life is closely related to chemical production.The quality of chemical production will directly have a huge impact on the national economy and people’s livelihood.my country must pay great attention to the quality control in the chemical production process.As far as the current Chinese market is concerned,there are many kinds of chemical products,and they can be seen in all walks of life,and there are often many hidden dangers in the production process of chemical products,so during production,if a certain link or Errors in a certain process will adversely affect the quality of chemical products,and even cause irreparable losses.Therefore,in the production stage of chemical products,chemical enterprises must carry out refined management of product quality and prevent adverse events.This paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the use of fine management of chemical quality in my country,and puts forward corresponding solutions and improvement measures for the existing problems.
