储罐自清洁工艺研究

摘要 以20L镀膜不锈钢储罐为实验对象,硝酸钆溶液为残留物料,采用两个维度的分段冲洗方式,实现储罐的自清洁,降低了料液的滞留量。运用正交试验方法,探讨了喷嘴孔径、水压、悬臂转速工艺参数对清洗效果的影响。实验结果表明,选取喷嘴孔径0.1mm,悬臂转速13r/min,水压0.03MPa,冲洗间距1.5cm的工艺参数,可以达到物料小于0.01%的滞留率,清洗液用量为340mL。 A coated stainless steel tank was used as the test object,and gadolinium nitrate solution was used as the residual material.The self-cleaning of the tank was realized by using two dimensional subsection washing method,and the retention of the material liquid was reduced.In this study,the effects of nozzle aperture,water pressure and cantilever speed on cleaning effect were discussed by orthogonal experiment.The resultst showed that the optimized parameters of the nozzle aperture(0.1mm),pressure(0.03MPa)and cantilever speed(13r/min)were selected.The retention rate of material can be less than 0.01%and the cleaning fluid amount was 340ml.
