摘要
工作激情不仅是有效教学的关键,更是教师走向卓越之源。要有效激发与提升中小学教师的工作激情,首先需要对其进行诊断和测量,才能做到有的放矢。采用理论探讨与实证检验相结合的方法,对中小学教师工作激情的结构进行构建,进而编制中小学教师工作激情的测量量表。研究结果表明:中小学教师的工作激情是一个由职业信念、正向工作角色行为、职业幸福感三个因子构成的多维度结构,以此为基础编制的《中小学教师工作激情量表》具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为测量中小学教师工作激情的工具。
Passion for work is not only the key to effective teaching,but also the source for teachers to achieve excellence.In order to effectively stimulate and promote the work passion of primary and secondary school teachers,it is necessary to diagnose and measure them first.Using the method of combining theoretical discussion and empirical test,this paper constructs the structure of primary and secondary school teachers'work passion,and then develops the measurement scale of primary and secondary school teachers'work passion.The results show that the work passion of primary and secondary school teachers is a multidimensional structure composed of occupational belief,positive work role behavior and occupational happiness.Based on this,the work passion Scale of primary and secondary school teachers has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool to measure the work passion of primary and secondary school teachers.
