政治制度建设是现代化的核心要素,政治制度形态是社会形态的重要内容。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央紧紧围绕政治制度建设的核心议题,逐渐形成了新时代中国特色社会主义政治制度建设的实践路向:以坚守中国式现代化新道路为主题,遵循政治制度创设的内生性规律;以推进国家治理现代化为主轴,明确政治制度建设的性质、功能及内容;以坚持和完善党的全面领导制度体系为根本,统领党和国家机构改革;以发展全过程人民民主为主线,完善人民当家作主的制度体系;以实现权力上下左右有界受控为关键,有效实现权力关系结构性优化和制度调适。

The construction of political system is the core element of modernization,and the shape of political system is an important element of social form.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the general secretary has been focusing on the core topic of political system construction and established the practical direction of the construction of socialist political system with Chinese characteristics in the New Era:adhering to the new route of Chinese-style modernization,following the endogenous law of political system creation,clarifying the nature,function and content of political system construction through the modernization of national governance,placing the reform of the Party and state institutions under the Party's overall leadership,developing the whole-process people's democracy and improving the system of the mass as true masters of the nation,realizing the structural optimization and system adjustment of power relations with power under total control.
