摘要
对单缸双曲柄连杆机构柴油机(SL195)与单缸单曲柄连杆机构柴油机(L195)的摩擦损失进行了计算分析 并且对(SL195)柴油机和(L195)柴油机进行了实验研究,计算结果与实验结果基本一致 计算结果表明:SL195柴油机的摩擦损失比L195柴油机的摩擦损失约减少了66%,这对提高柴油机的经济性和动力性能有重要实用价值。
The friction losses of double crank and connecting rod mechanism diesel engine(SL195) and single crank and connecting rod mechanism diesel engine (L195) are calculated by computer. An experimental study on (SL195) diesel engine and (L195) diesel engine have been made. According to contrast analysis, the experimental results are in agreement with the computed ones basically. The computed results show that friction losses of (SL195) diesel engine is about 66% less than (L195) diesel engine, which have important practical value to improving economy and dynamic characteristics of diesel engine.
