地方农林高校服务乡村振兴的组织模式与机制优化——以吉林农业大学为例

摘要 乡村振兴战略的实施对地方农林高校社会服务功能的发挥提出了新挑战。农林高校需要弥合乡村振兴目标综合性与高校学科建设的专业性,乡村振兴战略实施的长期性与社会服务项目的周期性,乡村振兴服务的公益性与社会服务提供者的功利性之间的差异,以发挥自身在乡村振兴中的作用。吉林农业大学通过优化服务乡村振兴顶层设计,推动学科专业交叉融合,强化服务平台载体建设,完善社会服务管理评价机制等系列措施,优化了高校服务乡村振兴的组织模式和机制,并取得了显著成效。 The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy brings new challenges for local agricultural and forestry universities in their efforts at serving societies.In order to play their role in rural revitalization,agricultural and forestry universities need to bridge the differences between the three pairs of entities:the comprehensiveness of rural revitalization goals and the professionalism of university discipline construction,the long-term implementation of rural revitalization strategies and the periodicity of social service projects,and the public benefit of rural revitalization services and the utility of social service providers.Through optimizing the organizational model and mechanism of serving rural revitalization by improving the top-level design,promoting the crossing and combination of disciplines and majors,establishing service platform,and optimizing and improving the social service management evaluation mechanism,Jilin Agricultural University has achieved remarkable results.
