高等教育高质量发展的基本特征与内在要求——基于世界高等教育中心转移的经验分析

The Basic Characteristics and Internal Requirements of High Quality Development of Higher Education:An Empirical Analysis Based on the Transfer of World Higher Education Center

分析世界高等教育中心形成与转移的路径和过程,发现五大高等教育强国教育改革的最终目的都是为了让教育能够实现与时俱进的发展,促进大学的知识生产和科学创新,从而让教育能够发挥出引领时代经济社会发展的作用,并呈现出适应时代发展、重特色化发展、重人才培养和重自主创新发展等基本特征。由此提出未来我国的高等教育高质量发展应当坚持与时俱进,注重高质量人才培养,强调自主创新,迎合时代需求,从而促进社会经济的发展。

By analyzing the path and process of the formation and transfer of the world higher education center,it is found that the ultimate purpose of the education reform of the five major higher education powers is to enable education to achieve the development of keeping pace with the times and promote the knowledge production and scientific innovation of universities,so that education can play a role in leading the economic and social development of the times,and show the characteristics of adapting to the development of the times,and emphasizing the development of characteristics,talent training and independent innovation and development.Therefore,it is proposed that China should keep pace with the times and cultivate high-quality talents to meet the needs of the times,so as to promote the independent development of higher education in the future.
