摘要
乳腺癌严重威胁女性的生命健康,尽管免疫靶向治疗极大地提高了综合治疗效果,但是乳腺癌患者的整体预后仍然有待提高,这与乳腺癌复杂的免疫微环境密切相关。长非编码RNA(lncRNAs)广泛参与肿瘤微环境中各种免疫应答过程,对于乳腺癌的进展或者靶向治疗有着重要的作用。本综述总结了lncRNAs在乳腺癌免疫反应中的作用,以及应用lncRNAs作为乳腺癌临床免疫治疗的潜在生物标记物或治疗靶点的研究进展。
Breast cancer is a serious threat to women's life and health.Although immune targeting therapy has greatly improved the effectiveness of comprehensive treatment,the overall prognosis of breast cancer patients still needs to be improved,which is closely related to the complex immune microenvironment of breast cancer.Long non encoding RNA(lncRNAs)is widely involved in various immune responses in the tumor microenvironment,and plays an important role in the progression or targeted therapy of breast cancer.This review summarizes the role of lncRNAs in breast cancer immune response,and the progress of using lncRNAs as potential biomarker or therapeutic target for clinical immunotherapy of breast cancer.
