摘要
目前岸电电缆输送装置结构庞大、操作复杂、动作缓慢,难以适应内河港口水位随着天气变化落差较大时,不同大小船只的充电要求。针对这一问题,设计了一款电液驱动的船用岸电电缆输送装置。该装置主要由伸缩臂架、俯仰机构、旋转机构、卷扬机构组成,通过PLC联动控制,实现岸电电缆的输送,重点阐述了该装置的电气控制系统。
Due to factors such as the size of the ship and the large water level drop of inland river ports,the current shore power cable transmission device has the disadvantages of huge structure,complicated operation and slow action.To solve these problems,an electro-hydraulic driven marine shore electric cable conveying device is designed.This device is mainly composed of a telescopic boom,a pitching mechanism,a rotating mechanism,and a hoisting mechanism.Through PLC linkage control,the shore power cable transmission is realized.The electrical control system of the device is mainly introduced in this paper.
