摘要 针对乙烯精馏塔提馏段温度原控制方案的不足,采用提馏段温度-C3气流量组成串级控制方式,提高温度稳定性,同时采用提馏段温度-丙烯凝液储槽液位的选择性控制系统,克服丙烯凝液储槽出口排出气态丙烯的问题,从而保证生产安全平稳进行。与原控制效果比较,现提馏段温度稳定性和控制精度大大改善,控制质量获得提高。 Aiming at the deficiency of the original temperature control scheme in the stripping section of ethylene distillation tower,a cascade control mode consisting of stripping section temperature and C3 gas flow is adopted,and the temperature stability is improved.At the same time,the selective control system of stripping section temperature-liquid propylene storage tank level is adopted.The problem that gaseous propylene is discharged from the outlet of the liquid propylene storage tank is overcome,thereby ensuring safe and stable production.Compared with the original control scheme,the temperature stability and control accuracy of stripping section are greatly improved and the quality of control is improved.
