Control System Design for Calcium Carbide Furnace Discharging Machine Based on SIEMENS S7-1500 PLC

电石炉出炉时使用出炉机代替危险环境下的人工作业。针对一类电石炉出炉机,提出了一种以西门子S7-1500 PLC为核心的电石炉出炉机控制系统设计方案。概述了西门子S7-1500 PLC的特点和结构。简单介绍了电石炉出炉机系统构成和系统中的机械本体与辅助设施。以系统设计为目标,建立系统硬件结构,配置系统硬件,编写PLC程序,组态触摸屏软件。厂内试验和现场运行结果表明,该控制系统性能卓越、稳定可靠、操作维护简便,满足电石炉出炉机出炉作业的控制需求。

When calcium carbide furnace is discharged,discharging machine is used to replace manual operation in dangerous environment.Aiming at a kind of calcium carbide furnace discharge machine,a design scheme of calcium carbide furnace discharge machine control system based on SIEMENS S7-1500 PLC is proposed.The features and structure of SIEMENS S7-1500 PLC are outlined.The system structure,system mechanical body and auxiliary facilities of calcium carbide furnace discharging machine are introduced briefly.The system hardware structure is established,the system hardware is configured,the PLC program is written and the HMI is configured.The factory tests and field operation results show that the control system which has excellent,stable and reliable performance,simple operation and maintenance,meets the control requirements of calcium carbide furnace discharge machine.
