Novel Type of Grounding Wire Suitable for Static Contacts of Various Sizes of Switch Cabinets

在现有的变电站中,仍然存在着许多老旧的变电站,这些变电站中35 kV和10 kV的高压封闭式开关柜没有配备相适用的接地手车,也未安装接地刀闸,若使用后续改造的接地线,一是安装过程复杂,二是安装不牢,不能将停电设备可靠接地,对运维人员和检修人员构成了人身威胁,存在发生安全事故的隐患,并且常规的接地线具有一定的局限性,只适用于一种尺寸的开关柜静触头。因此创新性地提出了一种采用四连杆方式的新型接地线,成功解决了上述问题的同时也可应用于各种尺寸开关柜静触头,具有普遍应用性。

In the existing substations,there are still many old substations.In these substations,35 kV and 10 kV high-voltage enclosed switchgear are not equipped with applicable grounding handcart,nor are grounding knife switches installed.If the grounding wire of subsequent transformation is used,there may be two problems:one is that the installation process is complex,and the other is that the installation is not firm.The power failure equipment cannot be reliably grounded,which poses a personal threat to the operation and maintenance personnel and maintenance personnel,and there is a hidden danger of safety accidents.Moreover,the conventional grounding wire has certain limitations and is only applicable to the static contact of one size of switchgear.Therefore,a new type of grounding wire with four connecting rods is innovatively proposed,which successfully solves the above problems.The grounding wire can also be applied to the static contacts of various sizes of switchgear,which has universality of application.
