变电站10 kV转运小车的结构改进

摘要 为了缩短变电站10 kV转运小车操作时升降平台的调节时间,提高转运小车的对位操作效率,在升降平台前端边沿加装一个水平尺,在承载设备的10 kV转运小车进行对位操作前,利用水平尺提前对升降平台进行快速找平。改进前升降平台的调节找平时间为120 s,改进后仅需30 s,操作效率提高了3倍。 In order to shorten the adjustment time of the lifting platform during the operation of the 10 kV transfer trolley in the substation and improve the alignment operation efficiency of the transfer trolley,a level ruler is installed at the front edge of the lifting platform.Before the alignment operation of the 10 kV transfer trolley carrying equipment,the level ruler is used to quickly level the lifting platform in advance.Before the improvement,the adjustment and leveling of the lifting platform takes 120 s.After the improvement,it only takes 30 s,and the operation efficiency is increased by 3 times.
