混合式直流断路器用真空机械开关及驱动电路的研发

摘要 混合式直流断路器综合了真空机械开关通态损耗低和电力电子组件响应速度快的优点,在中远距离直流高压输配电系统和中压直流微电网中得到广泛的应用。真空机械开关作为混合式直流断路器的关键部件,其分断速度直接决定了混合式直流断路器的开断性能。在前期研究的基础上,进行了电磁斥力机构及其脉冲电容驱动电路的方案设计,并利用有限元仿真分析平台,通过改变斥力线圈匝数、电容电压等关键参数对电磁斥力机构进行仿真计算,分析变化量对分闸过程的影响,并依据仿真结果研制了2 kA真空机械开关样机。 Hybrid DC circuit breaker,which integrated the advantages of low conduction losses of vacuum mechanical switch and fast reaction speed of power electronic components,are widely used in medium and long distance DC high voltage transmission and distribution system and medium voltage DC grid.As the key component of the hybrid DC circuit breaker,the opening speed of the vacuum mechanical switch directly determines the breaking performance of the hybrid DC circuit breaker.Based on the previous research,the scheme design of electromagnetic repulsion mechanism and its pulse capacitor driving circuit is carried out.Using the finite element simulation analysis platform,the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism is simulated and calculated by changing the key parameters such as the number of turns of the repulsion coil and the capacitor voltage,and the influence of the variation on the opening process is analyzed.According to the simulation results,a 2 kA vacuum mechanical switch prototype is developed.
