锁紧销(又称弹簧销子)是悬式绝缘子串组成的重要元件,随着输电工业的发展,绝缘子用量增多,锁紧销用量也越来越多。绝缘子串如不装锁紧销或其质量不合格乃至装法不妥,将会带来经济损失和事故风险。锁紧销安装在绝缘子钢帽的帽窝中,涉及锁紧和退销操作。对锁紧销进行退销操作时,需使用到退销器。通过退销器作用于锁紧销,使得锁紧销在帽窝中发生移动,从而实现退销。现有的退销器为一体成型结构,将各个部件固定连接起来。这导致退销器一直维持较大的结构,携带使用十分不便。进行施工作业时,工具的便携性十分重要,因而设计便携的退销器具备足够的实用价值。

The locking pin(also called the spring pin)is an important component of the suspension insulator string.With the development of transmission industry,the consumption of insulators and locking pins is increasing.If the insulator string is not equipped with locking pin or its quality is unqualified or even the installation method is improper,it will bring economic losses and accident risks.The locking pin is installed in the socket of the steel cap of the insulator,which involves locking and unpinning operations.It is necessary to use a pin ejector when performing an unpin operation on the locking pin.The pin ejector acts on the locking pin,so that the locking pin moves in the cap socket,thereby realizing the pin ejection.The existing pin ejector is an integrally formed structure,and the various components are fixedly connected.As a result,the ejector has always maintained a large structure,which is very inconvenient to carry and use.When carrying out construction work,the portability of the tool is very important,so the design of a portable ejector has sufficient practical value.
