华龙一号厂用保护配置及功能优化研究

摘要 围绕华龙一号核电机组厂用电保护设备,包括馈线、低厂变、电机、母线等,针对现有核级厂用电保护功能的不足,提出厂用电保护改进技术方案,优化保护功能和保护配置,解决现有国外核电厂厂用电保护装置上下级不能有效配合导致的越级跳闸的问题。同时分析了在经消弧线圈接地或中性点不接地等小电流接地方式下,单间隔接地选线算法的可行性,解决了现有核电厂用电保护装置配置的接地保护难以通过定值整定区分区内、区外故障的问题。 The auxiliary power protection equipment of HPR100 nuclear power unit,including feeder,low voltage auxiliary transformer,motor,bus,etc.is introduced.In view of the insufficiency of the existing nuclear plant power protection function,the technical improvement plan of auxiliary power protection is put forward,and the protection function and protection configuration are optimized to solve the problem of override trip caused by the failure of the upper and lower levels of the existing foreign nuclear power plant protective devices.At the same time,the feasibility of single bay grounding line selection algorithm under small current grounding modes such as arc suppression coil grounding or neutral ungrounded is analyzed,which solves the problem that the grounding protection configured by the existing power consumption protection device of nuclear power plant is difficult to set the faults inside and outside the zone through the setting value.
