社会治理现代化背景下城市社区服务存在的问题及对策

随着我国经济的发展和社会的转型,国家的治理体系和治理模式发生了深刻的变化,对社会的管理转向社会治理。社区治理、社区服务是社会治理的基础工程,城市社区服务又是社会治理的重中之重。当前,城市社区服务还存在行政化、服务统筹能力低、居民参与意识不强等问题。加强社区服务建设,推进社会治理体系和治理能力现代化的主要对策是提高人们对社会治理的正确意识,提高居民社区治理的参与度,完善相关体制机制,建立多方主体联动的治理机制,推行社区治理专业化,增强伦理道德的约束力。

With the development of our economy and the transformation of society,profound changes have taken place in the country's management system and management mode,the management of the society turns to social governance.The community governance and community service is the basis project of so-cial governance,urban community service is the key of the social governance.At present,there are many problems in urban community service,such as administerization,low ability of service coordination and low awareness of residents'participation and so on.The main countermeasure of strengthening the con-struction of community service,promoting the modernization of social management system and manage-ment ability is to improve the people's right awareness of social governance,improve the residents'partici-pation of community governance,perfect the relevant systems and mechanisms,establish multi-body link-age governance mechanism,promote specialization of community governance,and strengthen the binding force of ethics.
