基于微信公众号的中医护理健康指导在原发性失眠患者中的应用

Application of TCM nursing health guidance based on the WeChat official account in patients with primary insomnia

目的:探讨基于微信公众号的中医护理健康指导对原发性失眠患者的睡眠质量、焦虑及抑郁状况的改善效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月于成都市某三甲医院就诊的原发性失眠患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组实施常规线下中医护理干预,试验组进行基于微信公众号的线上中医护理干预,两组干预时间均为8周。结果:干预后,试验组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表得分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于微信公众号的中医特色护理便捷可行,可提高原发性失眠患者的睡眠质量,缓解焦虑及抑郁状况。

Objective:To explore the effect of TCM nursing health guidance based on the WeChat official account on sleep quality,anxiety and depression in patients with primary insomnia.Methods:90 patients with primary insomnia admitted to a 3A hospital in Chengdu from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=45)and test group(n=45).The control group was given routine offline TCM nursing intervention;on the basis of the control group,the test group was additionally given online TCM nursing intervention based on the WeChat official account.The intervention time was 8 weeks in both groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The TCM nursing health guidance based on the WeChat official account is convenient and feasible,which can effectively improve the sleep quality and relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with primary insomnia.
