摘要
大跨度混凝土连廊超高模板支撑体系存在安全系数低、材料占用量大、劳动损耗大等问题。为此,以新紫金医药产业基地办公楼工程为例,在下层结构搭设工字钢平台作为支撑底座,将超高模板支撑体系转化成高度仅3.6 m的大跨度高空混凝土连廊模板支撑体系,解决大跨度高空混凝土连廊模板支撑体系存在的问题。通过工字钢平台数值模拟及工作机理分析、大跨度高空混凝土连廊模板支撑体系施工工艺研究,顺利完成大跨度高空混凝土连廊的结构施工。采用该方法,提高了模板支撑体系施工安全、节约工期、节省大量周转材料、减少劳力,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The ultra-high formwork support system for large-span concrete corridors has problems,such as low safety factor,large material occupancy,and large labor loss.To this end,the office building project of the new Zijin Pharmaceutical Industry Project as an example,and builds an I-steel platform on the lower structure as a support base,transforming the ultra-high formwork support system into a large-span high-altitude concrete corridor formwork support system with a height of only 3.6m,Solve the problems existing in the supporting system of the large-span high-altitude concrete corridor formwork.Through the numerical simulation and working mechanism analysis of the I-beam platform,and the research on the construction technology of the formwork support system of the large-span high-altitude concrete corridor,the structural construction of the large-span high-altitude concrete corridor was successfully completed.This method is adopted to improve the construction safety of the formwork support system,save the construction period,save a large amount of turnover materials,reduce the use of labor,and achieve better economic and social benefits.
