随着新施工工艺和新技术不断发展更新,建筑装饰装修的样式更趋于多样性和个性化,对工程质量要求也愈来愈高,无形中大大增加了装饰装修施工成本管控的难度。以实际工程为例,分析影响其装饰工程施工成本控制的主要因素,并结合项目在设计阶段和施工阶段成本管控的重难点,提出将BIM技术应用到装饰工程施工成本管理中,利用精细化管理施工图纸设计和动态管理施工成本的手段,合理计划项目资源的分配,实现在满足项目施工质量和安全的前提条件下,节约施工成本的目的。

With the continuous development and update of new construction technology and new technology,the style of architectural decoration tends to be more diverse and personalized,and the requirements for project quality are higher and higher,which virtually greatly increases the difficulty of decoration construction cost control.Taking the actual project as an example,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the construction cost control of decoration engineering,and combined with the key and difficult points of cost control in the design stage and construction stage of the project,puts forward the application of BIM Technology to the construction cost management of decoration engineering,and reasonably plans the allocation of project resources by means of fine management of construction drawing design and dynamic management of construction cost,Achieve the purpose of saving construction cost on the premise of meeting the project construction quality and safety.
