脑卒中的代谢组学研究进展

Research Progress of Metabonomics in Stroke

目的分析脑卒中的代谢组学研究现状。方法收集国内外文献,分析脑卒中(缺血性、出血性)及中药治疗脑卒中后的代谢组学变化。结果与结论代谢组学从糖代谢、氨基酸代谢、脂代谢、叶酸循环代谢等途径研究脑卒中后的代谢变化,发现新的生物标志物和代谢物通路,有助于进一步阐明中医药治疗脑卒中的的作用机制和确切靶点,丰富中医药内涵。目前的研究以缺血性脑卒中为主,出血性脑卒中的相关研究较缺乏;且主要集中于筛选差异性代谢物,未对差异性代谢物的特异性和敏感性进行深入研究。需进一步验证代谢物相关通路,开展中医药防治脑出血相关代谢组学研究。

Objective To analyze the research status of metabonomics in stroke.Methods The literature at home and abroad was searched to analyze the stroke(ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke)and metabonomic changes of stroke treated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Results and Conclusion The research of metabolic changes after stroke is carried out from the aspects of glucose metabolism,amino acid metabolism,lipid metabolism and folate cycle metabolism of metabolomics to find new biomarkers and metabolite pathways,which is helpful to further clarify the action mechanism and exact target of TCM in the treatment of stroke and enrich the connotation of TCM.The current researches are mainly ischernic stroke,and there is a lack of related research on hemorrhagic stroke.The researches mainly focus on screening differential metabolites,and there is no in-depth research on the specificity and sensitivity of differential metabolites.It is necessary to further verify metabolite-related pathways and carry out metabolomics research related to the prevention and treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage with TCM.
