新冠肺炎疫情防控期间大学生焦虑与社会情绪综合活力的关系:情绪弹性的中介效应 被引量:2

The Relationship between College Students’Anxiety and Social-emotional Comprehensive Vitality during COVID-19:An Analysis of the Mediating Effect of Emotional Resilience

摘要 受新冠肺炎疫情影响,大学生可能会产生焦虑等负面情绪。为探究大学生焦虑水平与情绪弹性、社会情绪综合活力之间的关系,本研究采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、情绪弹性量表(ERQ)、社会情绪健康量表(SEHS-S)对720名大学生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 21.0对数据结果进行分析。结果表明:新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,大学生的焦虑水平显著高于常模,且男女生之间存在显著差异;焦虑情绪与社会情绪综合活力、情绪弹性之间呈显著负相关;社会情绪综合活力能显著反向预测焦虑情绪;情绪弹性对社会情绪综合活力和焦虑情绪具有完全中介调节作用。 College students affected by the COVID-19 may have negative emotions,such as anxiety.In order to explore the relationship between anxiety,emotional resilience,and social-emotional comprehensive vitality of college students.Utilizing SPSS 21.0 for result analysis,this study adopted the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Emotional Resilience Scale(ERQ),and Social-Emotional Health Scale(SEHS-S)to conduct a questionnaire survey on 720 college students.The finding suggests that:firstly,the anxiety level of college students was significantly higher than the norm during the epidemic prevention and control period,and there was a significant difference between male and female students;secondly,there was a significant negative correlation between anxiety,social-emotional comprehensive vitality,and emotional resilience;thirdly,the social-emotional composite vitality predicted anxiety significantly inversely;In addition,emotional resilience is the mediator of social-emotional comprehensive vitality and anxiety.
