乡村振兴战略背景下农产品冷链物流发展研究——以山西省为例

Research on the Development of Agricultural Cold Chain Logistics from Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy:Take Shanxi Province as an Example

加快农产品冷链物流发展,不仅是农产品流通发展的客观需要,也是促进乡村振兴和农产品消费升级的必然要求。现阶段,山西省农产品冷链物流存在基础设施建设不够完善、运行模式相对单一、缺少龙头型冷链物流企业、成本居高不下、信息系统建设不完善等问题。因此,应从加强顶层设计与规划、完善基础设施建设、创新运营模式、搭建信息化平台、加大人才培养力度等方面着手,实现山西省农产品冷链物流高质量发展。

The need to accelerate the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products is not only an objective need for the development of agricultural products circulation,but also an inevitable requirement to promote rural revitalization and upgrade agricultural product consumption.There are some problems in the cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Shanxi Province,such as inadequate infrastructure construction,comparatively single mode of operation,lack of leading cold chain logistics enterprises,high costs,and imperfect information system construction.In order to realize high-quality development in this situation,it is necessary to coordinate the overall situation,improve the infrastructure construction,innovate the operation mode,build an information platform,and increase the training of talents.
