中药调节银屑病相关分子研究进展

Research Progress in Psoriasis-related Candidates Regulated by Chinese Materia Medica

银屑病是一种病理机制复杂而不明的炎症性皮肤病,涉及免疫、遗传、环境、外伤等多种可能的致病因素。分子是科研领域“细胞-分子-通路-分子-表型”的核心桥梁,在银屑病中扮演联系微观病理且介导宏观疾病表达发生的重要角色。研究显示,中药可通过对银屑病相关分子的干预发挥治疗作用。本文通过梳理近年中药调节免疫、血管新生、遗传3类银屑病相关分子研究进展,为中医治疗银屑病及相关领域研究提供参考。

Psoriasis is an inflammatory skin disease with a complicated and unknown pathological mechanism of action,involving a variety of possible pathogenic factors such as immunity,genetics,environment,and trauma.Candidate is the core bridge of“cell-candidate-pathway-candidate-phenotype”in the scientific research field.It plays an important role in linking microscopic pathological abnormalities and mediating the occurrence of macroscopic disease expression in psoriasis.Studies have shown that Chinese materia medica can play a therapeutic role by interfering with psoriasis-related candidates.This article sorted out the research progress of Chinese materia medica in regulating immunity,angiogenesis,and genetic psoriasis-related candidates in recent years,and aimed to provide reference for the research on TCM in the treatment of psoriasis and related fields.
