薯蓣丸药理作用及临床应用研究概况

Research Overview on Pharmacological Effects and Clinical Application of Shuyu Pills

薯蓣丸具有抗肿瘤、抗痴呆、增强免疫功能、抗过敏、改善代谢功能、抗炎和抗衰老等药理作用,广泛用于肿瘤、痴呆、疲劳、Ⅰ型变态反应、内分泌系统疾病、骨关节病等,且具有充分的有效性和安全性。目前有关该复方有效成分组的研究少见,为了更好阐明薯蓣丸发挥临床疗效的作用机制,加强对薯蓣丸全方的物质基础研究尤为关键。本文通过梳理近10年的薯蓣丸相关文献,总结其药理作用及临床实践应用成果,以期为后续相关研究提供参考。

Shuyu Pills has pharmacological effects on anti-tumor,anti-dementia,enhancing immunity,anti-allergy,improving metabolic function,anti-inflammation and anti-aging.It is widely used in the treatment of tumor,dementia,fatigue,typeⅠallergy,endocrine system diseases,bone and joint diseases,which has full effectiveness and safety.At present,the relevant research on the effective component group of the compound is rare.In order to better clarify the mechanism of clinical efficacy of Shuyu Pills,it is particularly key to strengthen the research on the material basis of the whole prescription of Shuyu Pills.By combing the relevant literature of Shuyu Pills in recent 10 years,this article summarized its pharmacological effects and clinical application results,in order to provide references for follow-up related research.
