摘要
在测得聚苯硫醚材料高频段储能模量和损耗因子的基础上,提出应用聚苯硫醚夹心式换能器的实测谐振频率和品质因数对聚苯硫醚高频力学性能参数测试结果进行分析的方法.测试结果表明,动态粘弹仪法测得的高频力学参数用于设计换能器时相对误差最小,压电超声复合共振法次之,而共振法和波速法的相对误差较大.提出的分析及检验材料力学性能参数测试方法不受测试频段限制,为高频力学性能参数测试提供了一种新的检验方法.
A new approach is proposed to analyze the tested high-frequency storage modulus and loss factor of polyphenylene sulfide by using the measured resonance frequency and quality factor of the polyphenylene sulfide-based Langevin transducer.The test results show that the relative errors of the high-frequency mechanical parameters measured by the dynamic viscoelastic analysis method are the smallest when used in the design of the transducer,followed by the modified piezoelectric ultrasonic composite oscillator technique.The resonance method and the wave velocity method have comparatively more relative errors.The method of analyzing the measurements of mechanical parameters proposed in this paper is not limited by the measurement frequency range,and provides a new inspection approach for the high-frequency mechanical parameters.
