一种综合化通信导航识别系统评估方法

摘要 综合化通信导航识别系统在保障机载平台飞行安全方面发挥着重要作用,但其功能复杂、设计约束广,在系统设计时需要选择合适的方法对综合化通信导航识别系统的性能进行精确评估。提出一种基于模糊评判的改进层次分析法(AHP),构建了系统指标、综合指标、重构能力、“五性”指标以及传感器能力的指标评估体系。使用AHP得到基础权值,使用基于直方图的模糊评判方法得到模糊评判矩阵,进一步利用模糊评判矩阵对基础权值进行修正得到精确的评估结果。结果表明该方法能够有效地对综合化通信导航识别系统进行精确评估,为综合化通信导航识别系统的评估以及多方案决策提供技术支撑。 Integrated communication navigation identification system plays an important role in ensuring the safety of airborne platform,but its function is complex and its design constraints are wide.It is necessary to select appropriate methods to accurately evaluate the performance of integrated communication navigation identification system in system design.An improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)based on fuzzy evaluation is proposed,and the index evaluation system composed of system index,integrated index,reconstitution ability,“five characteristics”index and sensor capabilities is built.The basic weight is obtained according to the AHP,the fuzzy evaluation matrix is obtained by using the fuzzy evaluation method based on the histogram,furthermore,the precise evaluation result is obtained by using the fuzzy evaluation matrix to correct the basic weight.The result indicates that the method can make a precise evaluation effectively for integrated communication navigation identification system,which provides technical support for the evaluation of the integrated communication navigation identification system and multi scheme decision-making.
