Explanation of Land Use Transitions

研究目的:科学解释土地利用转型。研究方法:理论分析及文献研究法。研究结果:分析了土地利用转型研究现状,厘清了土地利用转型研究对象,构建了区域土地利用转型“冲突—协调”理论模式,并从三个维度对土地利用转型进行了科学解释:土地利用形态的变化引起土地系统结构的变化,进而导致土地系统功能的变化,辅以基于格局与过程耦合的土地利用转型调控最终促使土地利用转型的完成。研究结论:土地利用转型研究自引入中国以来,得到迅速发展,并在国际学术舞台上占有重要的一席之地;地理学的人地关系地域系统理论可有力支撑土地利用转型研究的理论化;基于土地系统科学的土地利用转型研究理论创新可有效解决区域土地利用转型所面临的复杂关联及多重因果问题。

The purpose of this paper is to scientifically explain land use transitions.The methods employed include theoretical analysis and literature review.This paper analyzes the status quo of land use transitions research,clarifies the research subject of land use transitions,establishes the“conflict-coordination”theoretical model of regional land use transitions,and explains land use transitions from three perspectives of the change of land system structure due to changed land use morphology,the change of land system function resulted from the effects caused by the change of land system structure and adjusting and controlling land use transitions by coupling the pattern and process of that,which finally promote the completion of land use transitions.In conclusion,since its introduction into China,land use transitions research has developed rapidly and has played an important role in the international academic arena;the theory of human-environment interaction territorial system in geography can guide the theoretical exploration of land use transitions research;the theoretical innovation of land use transitions research based on land system science can effectively resolve the complex correlations and multiple causality issues faced by regional land use transitions.
