摘要
雷61储气库是一座中浅层砂岩气藏,岩石胶结疏松,出砂风险大,需要采取防砂措施。对无法实施筛管防砂的井,首次提出在储气库中应用人工井壁防砂的技术。利用自制的大排量冲蚀试验装置,对3种不同的涂敷砂按照由低到高的气量进行冲蚀。最高气量850 m^(3)/h,最高压力7.25 MPa,远超雷61储气库设计的注采气量和生产压差。试验结果表明,陶粒涂敷砂和轻质涂敷砂未出现冲蚀破坏,石英砂涂敷砂出现砂粒剥离脱落现象。该试验为雷61储气库防砂方案提供了依据,在雷61-3井中应用轻质涂敷砂进行人工井壁防砂,为浅层储气库防砂提供一种解决方案。
Lei 61 gas storage is a medium-shallow sandstone gas reservoir with loose rock cementation and high sand production risk,so sand control measures need to be taken.The artificial shaft lining sand control technology is applied in the wells that cannot imple⁃ment screen sand control in gas storage for the first time.The erosion tests of three different coated sands were carried out from low to high gas volume flow-rate by using the self-made large displacement erosion test device.The maximum gas volume flow-rate is 850 m^(3)/h and the maximum pressure is 7.25 MPa,far exceeding the designed gas injection and production pressure difference of Lei 61 gas storage.The test results show that there is no erosion damage in ceramsite coated sand and light coated sand,and the sand particles of quartz coated sand peel off.The tests provide a basis for the sand control scheme of Lei 61 gas storage.Light coated sand artificial shaft lining sand control is applied in well Lei 61-3,which provides a solution for sand control of shallow gas storage.
