Discussion on Plug Drilling Technology of Screw Drill

螺杆钻是井下作业钻磨灰塞、桥塞、盲板等塞面的常用工具,但在现场应用过程中常因各种因素影响钻进效率。针对冀东油田井下作业实际情况,分析钻进施工的难点,并从修井液净化、钻具入井前加固措施、施工参数优化及钻具选型等方面进行深入探讨,提出针对性的技术措施,以期提高螺杆钻的钻塞效率。

Screw drill is a common tool for drilling and grinding cement plug,bridge plug,blind plate and other plug surfaces in down⁃hole operation,but various factors often affect the drilling efficiency in the process of field application.According to the actual situation of downhole operation in Jidong Oilfield,this paper analyzes the difficulties of drilling construction,makes an in-depth discussion from the aspects of workover fluid purification,reinforcement measures before drilling tools entering the well,construction parameter optimi⁃zation and drilling tool selection,and puts forward targeted technical measures in order to improve the plug drilling efficiency of screw drill.
