Roads and bridges are to some extent related to commerce,people’s mobility and traffic safety.Doing a good job of highway bridge construction project management can improve the reliability of highway bridge operation.Based on the concept and characteristics of highway bridge construction project management,this paper discusses the optimization of management,in order to improve the quality of highway bridge construction.
