摘要
根据目前国内船舶行业钢板库区的现状以及钢板库区智能化升级的需求,阐述一种RGV轨道穿梭车在智能化钢板库区应用的技术条件,较为详细地介绍了RGV轨道穿梭车机械结构、定位检测方式、无线通信方式、调度管理等方面的关键技术,针对船用钢板规格种类繁多的情况,提供了一种较为理想的解决办法,解决了钢板标准化入库的问题,降低了钢板入库时间,提高了整个库区的作业效率。
Based on the current status of the steel plate storage area in the domestic shipbuilding industry and the need for intelligent upgrade of the steel plate storage area,this article describes the technical conditions for the application of an RGV rail shuttle in the intelligent steel plate storage area,and detailly introduces the mechanical structure of the RGV rail shuttle、positioning and detection methods、wireless communication methods、dispatch management and other key technologies.In view of the wide variety of ship steel plate specifications,an ideal solution is provided to solve the problem of standardized steel plate storage,reduce the steel plate storage time,and improve the operation efficiency of the entire storage area.
