摘要
目前,盾构施工法是城市地铁区间隧道施工的主要方法之一,也是将来发展的趋势。但受到市内交通道路、周边建构筑物等影响,盾构始发已成为盾构施工中的重难点。论文以北京地铁昌南线02标区间工程为实例讲述了一种新型的盾构侧向始发技术,此技术解决了盾构侧向始发面与正线斜交的问题且使盾构机在平移横通道内顺利完成了平移、转体及始发。该技术应用不仅缩短了工期、节约了成本,还有利于工程及早实施,丰富了现有的盾构侧向始发施工技术,增强了盾构侧向始发的应用性,经济社会效益显著。
At present,shield construction method is one of the main methods of interzone tunnel construction in urban underground and it is also the general trend of subway tunnel shield construction.However,it is affected by urban traffic and surrounding structures,the side launching has become a difficult point in shield construction.This paper takes the lot 02 project of South Extension project of Changping Line of Beijing Metro as an example,it is describes a new lateral initiation technology of shield tunneling,which could solve the problem of oblique crossing between shield tunneling machine and main line of interval.It is successed that shield tunneling machine could complete the translation,turn and launching.The application of this technology not only shortens the construction period and saves the cost,but also facilitates the early implementation of the project,enrichs the existing shield lateral initiation construction technology,enhances the application of shiled lateral initiation,and brings remarkable economic and social benefits.
