基于钢轨被动式打磨技术实施廓形优化的研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 我国铁路建设和运营条件复杂,高海拔、长大坡道、超长隧道等特殊环境工况的铁路大规模建设并投入运营。在这些特殊环境工况下,钢轨的维护保养难度较大。钢轨快速打磨车采用新型的被动式打磨技术,在特殊环境工况下打磨施工作业优势突出,给现有钢轨打磨的运营维保工作提供重要补充。通过对比不同钢轨打磨技术特点,提出利用被动式打磨技术实施廓形优化工作的可行性。介绍钢轨廓形优化打磨实施工艺和实践效果,并对被动式打磨技术的发展提出建议。 China's railway construction and operation conditions are complex.Railways with special environmental conditions such as high altitude,long ramp and super long tunnel are constructed and put into operation on a large scale.It is difficult to maintain rails under these special working conditions.The rail rapid grinding vehicle adopts a new passive grinding technology,which has outstanding advantages in grinding construction under special environ⁃mental conditions,providing an important supplement to the operation and maintenance of existing rail grinding.By comparing the features of different rail grinding technologies,the feasibility of profile optimization using passive grind⁃ing technology is raises.This paper introduces the implementation process and practical effect of rail profile optimiza⁃tion grinding,and raises suggestions on the development of passive grinding technology.
