摘要
介绍了上海同步辐射装置(SSRF)三台低温永磁波荡器液氮冷却系统的整体设计方案。根据低温永磁波荡器在SSRF中的布局,给出了液氮冷却系统的设计方案。基于各设备的漏热,对传输系统的流阻进行了分析和计算,结果满足冷却要求。利用波荡器有无加载束流和不同磁间隙下冷却流体的进出口温度和流量进行计算,获得了周期长度为20 mm,磁长度为1.5 m的低温永磁波荡器的动态热负载。
The overall design scheme of liquid nitrogen cooling system for three sets of cryogenic permanent magnet undulators(CPMU)in SSRF are introduced.According to the layout of CPMUs in SSRF,the design scheme of liquid nitrogen cooling system is given.According to the thermal load of each equipment,the pressure drop of the transfer system is analyzed and calculated,and the results meet the cooling requirements.According to the inlet and outlet temperature and flow rate under different magnetic gaps and beam with CPMU,the dynamic thermal loads of CPMU with length 1.5 m and cycle length 20 mm are obtained.
