老年青光眼伴视野缺损患者反刍性沉思现状及影响因素分析

Status and influencing factors of rumination in elderly patients with glaucoma and visual field defect

目的调查老年青光眼伴视野缺损患者反刍性沉思现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年1月—2020年12月在浙江省荣军医院接受治疗的95例老年青光眼伴视野缺损患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、简体中文版事件相关反刍性沉思问卷(C-ERRI)、青光眼患者自我行为管理问卷(GSMQ)对其进行调查。采用单因素分析探讨老年青光眼伴视野缺损患者反刍性沉思的影响因素。结果共发放问卷95份,回收有效问卷90份,有效回收率为94.74%。90例老年青光眼伴视野缺损患者侵入性反刍性沉思维度得分为(12.29±4.71)分、目的性反刍性沉思维度得分为(16.20±3.95)分。单因素分析结果显示,不同学历、家庭人均月收入、发生意外次数的老年青光眼伴视野缺损患者侵入性反刍性沉思维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学历、家庭人均月收入及发生意外次数是老年青光眼伴视野缺损患者反刍性沉思的影响因素,护理人员应根据其影响因素采取针对性的干预措施,促使老年青光眼伴视野缺损患者产生积极的心理调适。

Objective To explore the status of rumination in elderly patients with glaucoma and visual field defect and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,convenience sampling was used to select 95 elderly patients with glaucoma and visual field defects in Zhejiang Rongjun Hospital as the research object.The patients were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire,the simplified Chinese Version of Event Related Rumination Inventory(C-ERRI),and the Glaucoma Self-Management Questionnaire(GSMQ).Univariate analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of rumination in elderly patients with glaucoma and visual field defect.Results A total of 95 questionnaires were distributed and 90 valid questionnaires were recovered with the valid recovery rate of 94.74%.Among 90 elderly patients with glaucoma and visual field defect,the scores of intrusive rumination and purposeful rumination were(12.29±4.71)and(16.20±3.95)respectively.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in scores of the invasive rumination dimension for elderly patients with different educational backgrounds,monthly per capita family income,and the number of accidents(P<0.05).Conclusions Educational background,monthly per capita family income and the number of accidents are the influencing factors of rumination in elderly patients with glaucoma and visual field defect.Nurses should take targeted intervention measures according to the influencing factors to promote positive psychological adjustment in elderly patients with glaucoma and visual field defect.
