摘要
基于“断裂形貌力学”理论,研究了刀轮角度、切割压力和切割速度对玻璃裂纹以及玻璃断面质量的影响,探讨了玻璃断裂裂纹应力分布方程,分析了刀轮角度、切割压力、切割速率对特定厚度玻璃的裂纹与断面质量数据。结果表明:玻璃中位裂度的深度与切割参数呈线性关系,切割压力对玻璃中位裂度产生较明显影响,且中位裂度应与玻璃厚度保持一定比例可得到最佳断面质量,中位裂度过大或者过小皆导致断面质量下降。提出了一种通过检测玻璃原片应力厚度分布模型下对超厚玻璃切割工艺提高掰片质量的测试方法—“中位裂度切割法”,推论了超厚玻璃切割参数与中位裂度的基础关系。通过对不同切割参数的玻璃的中位裂度测量,并与玻璃的掰片质量的结果进行分析,验证了“中位裂度切割法”工艺方向的正确性和可靠性。
The influences of glass scoring wheel,wheel pressure and wheel speed on the glass wheel cutting depth,median crack,and breakout quality were investigated based on the theory of"non-lattice structure fractography".The median crack equation was introduced to understand the scoring process related to the median crack at various scoring parameters.The results show that there is a linear relationship between the scoring wheel angle and median crack,the scoring pressure and median crack,but no apparent relationship between scoring speed and median crack.A great breakout quality appears when median crack is 6%of glass thickness,and breakout quality deteriorates when median crack is thicker or thinner than 6%of glass thickness.A scoring method to improve thick glass breakout quality was developed by analyzing median crack with glass stress thickness distribution.The median crack stress distribution equation was derived.Various glass breakout quality samples with different scoring parameters were examined.The calculated results agree well with the production results of glass scoring in factory,indicating that the"scoring method based on median crack and stress distribution"is feasible for thick glasses.
