摘要
在国内双碳背景下,随着制氢、储氢、运氢技术发展日臻完善,针对碱性水电解制氢技术进行研究分析,通过优化装备设计、优化加工工艺流程、合理选用加工设备、引入新材料和加工工艺,提高了生产效率,延长了设备使用寿命,降低了生产和运营成本。
Under the background of "dual carbon strategy(a two-stage carbon emission reduction target)" in China,with the increasing development of production,storage and transportation technology about hydrogen,the production technology of hydrogen by electrolysis of alkaline water was studied and analyzed.The production efficiency is improved,the service life of equipment is prolonged,and the production and operating costs are reduced through the following steps;the optimization of equipment design and processing flows,the better choice of processing equipment and the introduction of new materials and its processing technology.
